Review summary

Key West and Grand Cayman are always good. I am very glad that we saw the real Cuba. The ship physical features and age were totally unacceptable.

Embarkation

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
Only 1 specialty restaurant. Bought a package of 3 dinners before cruising and they were unable to accomedate all 3 but substituted lunch and kitchen tour that was good.

Onboard Activities

2 out of 5
1 very small pool could not handle all the guests.

Entertainment

3 out of 5
OK

Children's Programs

Are you kidding/ I am 68.

Service and Staff

4 out of 5
Room steward was a 10.

Ship Quality

1 out of 5
The ship is 30 years old and so was our mattress. The chairs in the public places were old and worn. This ship was retired years ago and bought back for Cuba Cruises.

Cabin / Stateroom

1 out of 5
The cabin was completely full with the bed. Had to crawl into it from the bottom. 1 very small uncomfortable chair in the room. We had to store our cloths on the floor in the closet.

Ship tip

NEVER SAIL it even for FREE. Too uncomfortable and extrmely small.

Always good.

Disembarkation

Customs in Havana took and hour in a mass of people. Some older people couldn't handle it
