Had an amazing trip defenely planning for the end of this year for another cruise the best experience

Great trip, race track not worth it, entertainment was great. Loved SIX and JERSEY BOYS

This was a Christmas gift for our daughter and twin 14-year-old granddaughters. Cruise issues started from Embarkation (took 2 hours) to Disembarkation (took 4 Hours). The Buffet set-up was horrible. At times there were no Plates, Silverware or Drink Glasses available. WE were supposed to have Pool Towels in the Room. We went to the Pool and they did not want to give us towels, We told to get them from the Room Stewart. Once we found our Room Stewart; we were told the laundry was not working and get them from the Pool attendant. All activity venues were very crowded and there was a lack to bar servers and bartenders, When we complained we were told by several crew members that there were 5000 people on this ship to try and service. The ships APP was very confusing and did not work much of the time. I had the WIFI package had had to visit their IT people several after waiting in a long line. This is just a snippet of issues we encountered, WILL NOT USE MSC AGAIN.

We are planning another excursion hopefully Norwegian upgrades somewhat

We had a blast at our temporary home away from home. There was never a dull moment, and the service was superb! Can’t wait for the next trip!

My travel agent is Christina Petty @ Dream Vacations. She is wonderful! I have had to book and rebook cruises because of covid, and she was so helpful thru all of the craziness! We both feel like we bonded over it. I am ready for my next cruise..lol.

Without the professional help of our assistant Leema Yow, whom we use always for any travel that we do. She is always one to assist us and guide us through the possible snags to avoid, along with answering any questions. with so much ease, we Love dealing with her always. Asset to the team.

We were excited about taking this cruise. We have cruised on almost all top-class lines, but never on Celebrity, however, a family couple convinced us to change our plans and take the Apex instead. It looked great on the website, but the reality was quite different. Despite the fact that the cruise is very modern and beautiful, when you are on board for eight days without proper entertainment and a wide selection of music places, it is a dull ship to enjoy with friends and have quality time together. It was crowded at the pools, and in the Solarium half the chairs were empty, with towels saved, resulting that we had to wait for one that was available for hours. The solarium was supposed to be an adults-only area, but babies and kids were also part of the non-relax area. The EDEN area is one of the most beautiful sections of the ship. At night, however, their down kitchen smelled fishy because it needs a more powerful extractor to be installed urgently to prevent it.  The BEST part of the ship was the service provided by the people, all of whom were top representatives of the company.

I'm very disappointed with how booking this cruise through turned out. I booked it with "Open Bar" advertised, as well as free wifi. When we made it on the boat we were informed we would have to pay for both. When I tried to contact they said there was nothing they could do because we were already on the boat. I would like a refund for these expenses which were advertised to come with the purchase.

NIce cruise if you are part of a group or family without kids.

Overall, this was a very special and fun filled adventure. The New Year's Eve experience was phenomenal. The crowd was a very international one. No drama just overall pleasant fun for everyone on the ship. It is a huge ship and we never once noticed that we were even on the ocean. In closing, I highly recommend the Allure of The Seas or any of the Oasis class ships.

My only disappointment was the gratuity was not included in the booking price. We will not book through again.

Had a great New Years cruise. Looking forward to making this a yearly event.

Fun experience, amazing service, fun entertainment but pools were overcrowded and quality of dinner was not great, as all 7 of us got sick. Definitely preferr d Princess Cays over Nassau.

RC was good overall, but needs to be more generous with water, and soft drinks. Improve drastically on their evening entertainment and more diverse. Karaoke and games are not most people's Forte. More music sesessions for the rest of none white customers. New Years cruise should be way better. Not even a cheap champion offered to toast the event.

Don't think I will ever sail Norwegian out of New Orleans again

We enjoyed the entire cruise, especially the New Year's party. The ship and service were wonderful. The Alchemy Bar and the Caribbean duo were the bright spots for us. The smaller ship was nice and our cabin location was perfect for us. We were a little disappointed that the food, including the steakhouse, were good but not impressive. The only issue we had was with the CHAT app not working at least one of the days. We would highly recommend this cruise.

rude bartenders, rude staff. big lines to get any food or drinks. to get one drink you need to wait in line over 20 minutes. nobody happy. only clepening lady is nice

already booked my next royal cruise. its always a pleasure.

It was our first time cruising and we loved it so much that we booked 3 more cruises while there. We also had fun at the art auction and did lots of excursions. 8 days seemed long but at the end you felt like you had a full vacation. I cannot recommend it enough!
