RC was good overall, but needs to be more generous with water, and soft drinks. Improve drastically on their evening entertainment and more diverse. Karaoke and games are not most people's Forte. More music sesessions for the rest of none white customers. New Years cruise should be way better. Not even a cheap champion offered to toast the event.
Embarkation

Good overall, except for unfortunate in cabin incident, which dampened our departure.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
4 out of 5
The food was good overall, which includes for myself breakfast and dinner. Due to missing lunch daily when customers go to visit the port of the day. BREAKFAST buffet very ho hum. If you go the a la carta, it takes a while to get seated. Hence you miss a few hours of doing the port exploration /excursions. Coffee is not good quality, just ordinary low quality. Royal Caribbean (RC) is way to cheap with its charging already high priced cabin fees for bottled water and any soft drink. They only offer water and lemonade or ice tea for dinner. I will NOT be going on future RC cruises, until the do better on these petty issues.
Onboard Activities
4 out of 5
Good compliment of activity for the on board crowd. It's up to the individual to get involved.
Entertainment
5 out of 5
This New Years cruise had a lame way of celebrating the New Year. The port of origin was San Juan, PR. Large Hispanic presence and they catered mainly to the Anglo crowd. Poor entertainment, program. Wake up RC NOT everyone on board is white. The world is more DIVERSE.
Service and Staff
4 out of 5
Good people trying to give us a great time, with limited resources on hand. Wi-fi rates and drink packages are ridiculous. I bought one drink the whole cruise, because of the money hungry price for a shot. I spent the rest off board drinks.
Ship Quality
5 out of 5
Nice design, looks great and has a smart design and features. Elevators seen to run slow during peak times, probably due to the large amount of people on board.
Cabin / Stateroom
5 out of 5
Pretty good overall. Affords out side air flow for those who hate being in a refrigerated box.

All cruise lines charge for soda and bottle water, except Disney, and some higher, higher priced cruises. Do some better research if you ever cruise again.
