We loved Coco Cay. Like an all-inclusive resort but better. Freedom of the Seas is big and beautiful. Can't wait to do another Royal Caribbean cruise!

Not a bad short vacation. I did not like NOT having a daily planner sent to the cabin each night so that you could plan your day ahead of time. We were checking out Royal Caribbean for a group of people and it fell short in some areas.

Royal Caribbean is really a different experience. They welcomed us very nice, and besides the waiter at the dinner, everyone else were beyond nice and friendly.

Next time we will seek a smaller ship with less people and no kid friendly options. Food here was good and shops were nice. Our cabin was beautiful and relaxing. Drinks were expensive and watered down, however.

It was a great cruise. We loved the ports of call, the ship, the cabin and the entertainment. Jamie's Italian was excellent. My only hiccup was that I needed the WiFi to attend some meetings for work, and it didn't work in our cabin. Trying to find a place where I could connect and have privacy was difficult. I wasn't able to get much done, so I wasn't happy about that. All the ports were fun. We walked through Old San Juan, and in St. Maarten we took a tour of the island. In Antigua we went on a beach excursion and then went shopping. Our St. Lucia tour took us to Marigot Bay, which was lovely. Our last port, St. Kitts & Nevis, gave us an opportunity for a final beach trip to Carambola Beach Club. Truly wonderful vacation! So glad I went.

The food was very good. Jersey Boys were excellent! Rest of the entertainment really bad. Not much to do on ship. Shops are pathetic ! No adult area to relax or sit. Pool and jacuzzis horrible, small and over crowded! I will not recommend this ship!

Best experience any person can having! Great show.

It was a great winter get-a-way. The serenity deck was a treat! The ship was well maintained and clean. The staff was great. We especially loved the shows and the piano bar.

Our first NYE cruise, and it lived up to all the hype! Royal Caribbean was 💯 on all aspects! We will be going again.

We loved our cruise. There was something for all of my family to do. The food was great. The staff was amazing. Thank you Carnival for an incredible vacation.

Overall the cruise itself was fine, the food was a major disappointment.

New Year Eve with all family. Fun fun fun. My 8 years old grandson told me that it was the best week of ALL his life ! Loll

We love cruises but this trip was a little boring. Not a lot of exciting entertainment, food was basic, and ports were not that exciting. We like more variety so we'd choose a different ship and a different itinerary. Service was great though.

I have gone on 5 cruises with Carnival and this was the worst experience. They over-booked the ship in my opinion. You had to wait in lines for everything, we waited for 1 1/2 hours for the lunch buffet on one of the days at sea. The food was not nearly as good as we have had in past cruises. Activities were limited so the few they had were packed and the spaces were not big enough to accommodate everyone.

Unfortunately on embarking found out that our set room (next to our friends) had a plumbing malfunction and we had been changed to another floor. This was an inconvenience. My husband was sick with a cold and unfortunately had to visit the medical doctor onboard and was not prescribed the correct antibiotic for bronchitis and did not take care of the problem. It would have been nice to check up on the patient after being seen in the clinic. Accomodations, show and ammenities were good but the choices in the food menus were poor and not very good. The ship does serve the best bar drinks ever ! All alcoholic drinks were delicious.

We hada great time. The cruise staff were amazing. The piano bar with Kyle was fun! The excursions were awesome!

Dinner with Anytime was a bit chaotic, but the food made up for it. Service in restaurant was okay, but inconsistent. It appeared that maybe it wasn’t staffed well, to take care of all the guests. Yet again the food was delicious and made up for that.

It was our first cruise and we were very excited about this trip. But high price for unworking internet is not good, we spent 170$ for nothing. We couldn’t use it. And when we had accident during the dinner in restaurant personnel didn’t come to us to discuss the situation and they didn’t say sorry for injuries. I was disappointed that fact.

Obvious service challenges. The discount you reserve doesn't cover the reduction in experience. Essentially just a a booze cruise now, with kids.

My issue came with paying the tips to the staff. They are going to get thier tip no matter what. Cabin steward was terrible. I ordered water and didn’t get it for 3 days
