It was a great winter get-a-way. The serenity deck was a treat! The ship was well maintained and clean. The staff was great. We especially loved the shows and the piano bar.

Food and Dining

The food tasted overall excellent. The service was polite and efficient. The servers were pleasant to interact with. I have a gluten allergy and it was handled efficiently and properly. However the gluten free bread served in the Elation restaurant is awful! It should not be served. The rolls in the gluten free deli buffet are excellent, use those. A pasta dish was my favorite gluten free pasta red sauce it was fresh outstanding! The soups were delicious. The poblano and corn soup and the pumkin chorizo were my favorite. The brisket was good, but would have been better with some kind of sauce or gravy. I love that you offer the melting chocolate cake every night, I have to say they were a little underdone. Mostly ooooooze, the crust on the top was the only solid. I had it before on Carnival where there was a better ratio of cake to ooozze. It was too rich that way, I would eat only the very top. Thank you for the gluten free pizza and deli options at the buffet. Maybe a light or low calorie dressing would be nice to add. I loved the mexican grille (I appreciated that they had corn tortillas too) and the Guy F. burgers & fries. Way to go!!! It was awesome to be served and not to have to cook.
Onboard Activities

The serenity deck was my favorite place to hang out.
Entertainment

The show performers were outstanding, the show the 2nd night was my favorite. I loved the piano bar singer Kyle. The female comedian the first night was a little off (it felt uncomfortable), better at other shows. Dan was good.
Service and Staff

The room steward, Patrick did an outstanding job. The wait staff was good too, but we had my time dining so they were different every night; I don't recall their names.
Ship Quality

The ship was clean and well-maintained. I love the dining area outside at the back of the ship on the lido deck.
Cabin / Stateroom

I was surprised at the amount of storage and was pleased. It was very clean. We had an issue with temperature and they sent someone in the evening quickly and he fixed it. It was cabin R7.
Ship tip
Serve better gluten free bread in the dining room, Elation. Cook the chocolate melting cake more.
I loved the Cozumel stop. We did the Chunkenaab excursion it was awesome!! I wish we had more time there. The Grand Cayman excursion options were much more limited in choices.
