Obvious service challenges. The discount you reserve doesn't cover the reduction in experience. Essentially just a a booze cruise now, with kids.

A movie of a Adel show? What entertainment? Poor... low cost, elementary school activities, i.e. arts and craft, sing along, ect. Bad. The main band played the same set 5 days in a row!

Lower your expectations... food quality and selection is poor, entertainment is nonexistent and activities low level. Internet is very bad. Staff disorganized. I didn't receive my on-boad credit as indicated on my document...s.
