Should have vetted this cruise more! 45 th cruise

We enjoyed this cruise and the itinerary. We have sailed previously on Wind Spirit, which was nice, but we really like the Star Pride class ships.

I went on this cruise to visit specific ports like St. Barts & Anguilla. Both of those stops were removed due to inclement weather. Since we anchored and then tendered ashore, choppy seas had an effect on the itinerary. Ship and service were phenomenal with zero complaints. I imagine that they had lots of negative feedback from other guests about the itinerary changes. Many were disappointed, like me. The service team did their utmost to keep guests engaged and informed with all the changes.

Regent is always great! Have been on the Explorer when it came out, the Splendor when it came out and now the Grandeur!

Definitely a adult cruise. At 61 I was one of the youngest passengers. Great food and staff. Limited onboard activities. Small cabins but very clean. Interaction with the staff was excellent. Don’t book for onboard activities. Very relaxing. Never crowded in pool or hot tubs.

Relaxing and well maintained ship. The crew/staff was exceptional.

This was an excellent cruise! We had a great time and enjoyed some unique and fun excursions. Of Holland America's three Pinnacle class ships this one has been our favorite!!!!

We had a very enjoyable cruise. Holland America does everything right to make you comfortable. We will be cruising again!

My first Virgin cruise and I am now sold. I have sailed on Celebrity, Princess, Carnival, Norwegian, and Royal Caribbean. To say the service received on the Virgin cruise surpassed them all understates how great the service really was. I am not easily impressed but I was impressed by the friendliness, the attention to detail, and the sense of urgency each and every crew member demonstrated. The food was great (better than any other cruise) and the ship was new and beautiful with enough electrical outlets in the cabin without worrying about a power strip, but the service is what totally blew me away!

Vista is a wonderful ship. We caught great weather and enjoyed the experience. Oceania dining remains top flight.

Met expectations and exceeded in food and service. Only weak spot was main entertainment, but lounge and bar entertainment was great.

It was a very enjoyable cruise. We wanted a relaxing cruise with nice weather and we were not disappointed

We started off the cruise fairly disappointed in the food and service in the Observation Bar, but the longer we were on the boat and had great service from other staff, we felt better about the overall experience.

Over-all this was one of the best cruises we have taken. Great service, friendly staff and a great Cruise Director and Staff.

Had the weather been better the cruise it would have been an excellent cruise. Not the cruise line's fault. As mentioned, bars could have been opened more. Hand sanitizers were difficult to find in certain places.

Good cruise. Would probably go with them again. Take your sea sick medicine. Sign up for the excursions before the cruise, as some sold out. Be flexible, as itinerary can change due to water/weather conditions. Staff did a good job with arranging new excursions when itinerary changed.

Brief overview-it was a disaster, Valiant Lady is not so valiant!

Train the staff to strategize cleaning the tables. Germs are spread if you wipe the table then The seat (where people sit and even put their feet on) then wipe the table again or another table with the same cloth. Maybe use biodegradable disposable cloths so that the table can be wiped then the seat and the cloth tossed after with a new one used for a different table. There was no hand soap in the bathroom, which is pretty strange. Doesn’t need to be a bar soap as that is not sanitary but maybe a soap dispenser? Servers/waiters should also tend to those sailors hanging on deck 16 at the Athletic club/pool area.

We enjoyed our time on board but would not book another cruise on the Vista

We enjoyed the ship more than the ports. (On some cruises, we enjoy the ports more than the ship.) A nice new ship that was well designed. The size of 1200 passengers was ideal. The food and wine was exceptional.
