We went with another couple. Had a great time. The staff on board are wonderful. Very friendly, all smiles. Super bunch of people that work very hard to make you happy. I love Celebrity. This was our 3rd or 4th one. We noticed the food was good and great in most cases, not as good quality as we remembered. I think overall the only complaint we talked about was the stop of Tobago being the worse and the cost of the excursions. If they were more reasonable more people would take them even it's a repeat port.

Very enjoyable cruise with wonderful stops and excursions. The entertainment overall was very good as were the variety of activities. We enjoyed meeting travelers from all over the world and sharing cruise stories.

Love everything about this ship best cruise we have ever taken the service was amazing it made the whole cruise for us.

cruise director was excellent We enjoyed all of the onboard activities on sea days- we were very busy! our only complaint was that they couldn't keep up on dry pool towels Our biggest complaint was all the complainers on board. I wish people could appreciate the privilege of the experience and the generosity of the crew. we will definitely cruise again with and use Danielle who is very helpful and knowledeable

Great restaurants, phenomenal entertainment, desserts were average,, entertainment in the Tropicana was too loud could not hear others at our table and adult pool area was very small with 4,000 people on board. Great staff but felt this ship is more geared to servicing the haven (for more $$) and to families with children. Never had a bad cruise, weather can’t be predicted and it was fabulous cruise.

After having a few dinners and breakfast in the main dining room, breakfast was the winner. Although the waitstaff was exceptional at dinner the food left much to be desired; small portions, poor quality, poor prep. Buffet was even worse. Food that was not recognizable, the same type of food ( ie. chicken) remade as a different type ( BBQ became Jerk and then something else. Variety was horrid, with repetition. Some food I would have thrown out.

well after standing on the pier for 2 hours waiting to board 2 hours later than our arrival time, this cruise did not start very well. then on the first night we were kicked out of the diamond lounge like we were dirt, even when we were only 1 day from diamond plus at the end of this cruise. I ask how we could get one more point to get diamond plus with no answers, we were told that we were not entitled to diamond lounge from 5 to 8. VERY DISAPOINTED

Weather can be an issue in November. Either hot and humid or rainy. One port cancelled due to storms. Pleased with service, food and cabin. Entertainment venues too small for full ship. Theater too loud and annoying flashing lights.

Dated ship with a great crew with good food in main dining but poor food otherwise. Good choice for value and port convenience, but much better ships are available.

Sad to say this was the worst cruise we have ever taken - and we’ve been on over 20 cruises. The embarkation was slow and confusing. The ship’s design had hundreds of people in the main atrium area with at least 7 different activities going on at the same time. The buffet staff was unprofessional and showed little care for the passengers frequently leaving tables dirty. The communication was terrible - from port information to daily announcements. The balcony floor was covered with paint chips and the walls were filthy. Toilets and phones frequently didn’t work. And the disembarkation was very disorganized with limited explanations on procedures. This was certainly my last NCL cruise. 🤬

Venu is too small did not see many shows venues except theater too small

We enjoyed visiting the many Caribbean Ports and touring a few of the sites. The ship's entertainment was the best. The bartending was great also. We might have enjoyed more excursions at each port but time was very limited for each port call.

Very disappointed from beginning to end. It was apparent that the cruise lacked luster and excitement. Overall boring cruise.

This was the worst cruise on Norwegian line after 4 previous trips with them. Food & entertainment has gone down dramatically. They never pushed jewelry shops on St. Thomas (like Diamonds International) & little time off ship, especially getting dark early. It became very dangerous with stores closing. Some store owners said that they didn’t expect many shoppers considering the time of arrival. I understand that many cruise lines are trying to recover from Covid but that is no excuse for poor food quality & entertainment.

We have taken our last 5 cruises with HAL, but the same dance troupe with exact performances and the lack of the string quartet at the Lincoln Center makes us want to go back to Royal Caribbean for next year. The comedian Cisco Duran was not very good in our opinion. The comedian Tom McTigue was good.

enjoyable time; great experience for food. Stay on board in Martinique -- there is nothing to do there

While my husband and I are 73 & 69 respectively, we are too young for this cruise. Many of the passengers were using walker's, wheelchairs, scooters or canes. The activities available (cards, boardgames, jigsaw puzzles) were more conducive to those who have difficulty getting around or who don't have the energy to stay up late. All organized activities and dancing venues end/are closed by 10:30p and there is nothing to do after that. Felt like I was in an assisted living facility.
