well after standing on the pier for 2 hours waiting to board 2 hours later than our arrival time, this cruise did not start very well. then on the first night we were kicked out of the diamond lounge like we were dirt, even when we were only 1 day from diamond plus at the end of this cruise. I ask how we could get one more point to get diamond plus with no answers, we were told that we were not entitled to diamond lounge from 5 to 8. VERY DISAPOINTEDEmbarkation

don't go to the diamond lounge unless you are diamond plus we went the first night and were kicked out we are one day from diamond plus and felt like we were treated like dirt kicked out even we are one night from dimond plus
