Carnival knew they had a problem with the ship Vista. Instead of continuing to take the ship out, they should have cancelled at least one cruise, reimbursed and possibly added a bonus, and fixed the ship. Going out on a ship that isn't working properly only lessen the positive reputation of Carnival.

I doubt we will ever sail on the vista again, if we do we will be prepared for an insane debarkation.

First time cruise for us. Was not sure what to expect to be honest. The ship was very clean, plenty of good food to eat, and very attentive staff. Destinations where good with plenty of actives to choose from or just relax and swim at the beach.

Great Time And We Are looking forward to the next cruise as soon as possible in a few months. Carnival is great!

We were in great need of some relax and get away from stress...we found it in Adventure of the Seas!...Royal Caribbean never let you down. The best thing: the quality of the staff. We loved the beach in Grand Turk and Taino Bay, Puerto Plata is a place to spend hours in....breeze, lots of places to relax. We came back totally renovated and that is because of Royal Caribbean!

We really enjoyed our first cruise. We will never book on the Carnival Sunrise due to the problems with sewage. We will definitely cruise again and maybe with Carnival, but will keep a close eye on how they handle customer concerns. Guest Services failed miserably on this trip.

I really enjoyed myself. I was hesitant, but glad I finally decided to go. I'm looking forward to my next cruise.

For me, this is a one time cruise. I wanted to experience the Icon. Although it was a great experience, I will not book on this ship again. There were too many children, as I should have expected. And, as this was just before they were going back to school, I will not plan a cruise at this time of the year again.

The cruise was great!! The ship was amazing!! So much to do and see!

CRUISE ITSELF WAS FINE. DISORGANIZED. 1/4 OF THE STAFF WAS GREAT THE REST NOT SO MUCH. TRYING TO SELL SHOTS IN THE DINING ROOM...REALLY!! THERE IS SO MUCH MORE ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT OVERALL.

My wife was served half-a-grapefruit in one of the restaurants with a large moldy spot. No one even noticed until it was brought to their attention. Very poor quality control. I wrote a complain, but never got a reply.

Very clean ship. Was very relaxing cruise. Wait staff was excellent. Real hot in August. Smoking allow in Casino. Buffet was a little boring . Over all very nice trip wonderful beaches at all the ports. Shopping on ship was limit

Other than the unsupervised children out way past curfew and the horrible disembarkation process, we enjoyed the ports and all of the crew. It also helped that we had one of the best cruise directors we have ever experienced.

Cabins need upgrading. Food and service in dining room excellent. Will probably cruise more with celebrity cruiseline less kids.

While we had a few ups and downs and the ship, or service was not on par on what we are accustomed to. This cruise was wonderful and filled with so many memories that will be cherished forever!!

The ship was great! My family group of 17 people enjoyed. The food was NOT good in the buffet. But the overall of the cruise was good! Thanks MSM

If given the chance ...I would not book the Caribbean in August again. Weather was super hot and 90% humid. Unless you have to travel this month I would wait til after September when hurricane season is over. That being said..Joy is a great ship and I prefer their forward cabins. Closer to gangway when you get off, to Theatre, buffet and tbe Vibe.

Pretty good weather for August, very full ship, lots of kids and families. This is our favorite class of RC ship and we loved being back on Freedom after a 10 year gap. Best overall service we've had on any recent sailing, especially the Main DR, pool bar service and cabin attendant. Not the best Cruise Director or entertainment staff we've experienced of late, but they were all rookies and need a lot more experience. They really pushed the specialty dining options on you almost every day for some reason. They were selling hard. Not sure why. Overall, a wonderful week on Freedom of the Seas and no really terrible hurricane season weather to deal with. I think we lucked out with the weather!

Overall great cruise. Embarkation was very smooth. Staff was great. Very clean. Loved our balcony stateroom. Entertainment was great, always something to do. Breakfast and lunch were good, dinner was ok…Small portions not much variety. Pool area always packed, lounge chairs in shade never available…very disappointing. Did not love Amber Cove and Puerto Rico was ok.
