I haven’t been on carnival for a while. We ventured to other cruise lines. Disney and Royal Caribbean. We won’t leave Carnival again! We love the vibe and just life on their ships!!!

Overall it was a great cruise with plenty of good food, good weather, & good entertainment, some of the lounges we visited also had some good entertainment.

Relax and enjoy. It’s a carnival fun ship! The alchemy bar and the central stage bar made the best cocktails. Guys burgers and Shaq’s big chicken were always fantastic. Go to the shows!

Hope our cruise experience next year on the Mardi Gras is better than this one. Over all had a nice vacation as I believe it comes down to what you make of it.

Definitely lived up to and mostly exceeded all our expectations!!

Everything about the trip was great! Friendly staff, food is getting better every time we travel MSC. They are becoming my favorite line to cruise on.

This was a great cruise! Next time we’ll consider going in February or March, though, due to the heat and humidity!

The overall was good. It was a struggle to stay in the cabin with the AC not working properly, it was the same in both cabins they gave us. This really put a damper on our vacation. The beach club was the best ever!

This was our 25th wedding anniversary cruise. Every day was very relaxing and fun. The ship was gorgeous, all of the staff was very helpful and kind. We met so many wonderful people from every direction around the USA (mostly). We bought a few pieces of Art from the gallery for our home. We are so excited to get those and hang them. Lisa (the auctioneer) was so warm and gracious. So was the rest of the staff. We are non-gamblers and - non drinkers, so we did not order packages. We had such an amazing time. thank you!

We needed a break so the 10 day length was perfect. We were so disappointed with the quality of the evening main shows! We are Christian's and did not like the demonic themes in 2 of the shows (we walked out after about 10 minutes). So much darkness in the makeup and clothing and the men were dancing in a way that bothered us. The ABBA musical and the magician Eric Buss were good and clean and enjoyable. Too bad the other shows were subpar. Did not like the cruise director, Floyd.

OUR FIRST CRUISE AND OUR ANNIVERSARY, WE ASKED FOR A REFRIGERATOR AND A SHARPIE CONTAINER TO BE PUT INTO THE ROOM BEFORE THE CRUISE, BUT ONCE WE GOT INTO THE ROOM, WE HAD NO REFRIGERATOR, NOR A SHARPIE CONTAINER, ENDED UP GETTING BUCKETS OF ICE TO PUT MY HUSBAND INSULIN IN. THEN WE ENDED UP WITH BEDBUGS IN OUR ROOM AND MY WIFE WAS BITEN VERY BAD ON HER ARM, THEY WERE IN OUR BED.

Booked this cruise because it went to Labadee Hatti That was canceled Then Bermuda was also cancelled.. Not what we expected at all... Made the best of cruise.

we had a great time ,the ship was nice the wait staff were awesome and housekeeping guy was great, the people were nice and met a bunch of cruiser's.

Not the best, not the worst. Older crowd, not many kids. The stops are ok.

Overall, our cruise was enjoyable and the service was impeccable. There were a few items that I would like to mention I found disappointing. I have been on over a dozen cruises in the past and found that the NCL Jade had smaller cabins, fewer selections for dinner service, and fewer daily activities on board then other cruise lines. I must add that the Jade is a smaller cruise liner with less people that the larger liners. There was inadequate information given about the ports of call (only one information session the first day about the entire 9 day cruise). The time on the islands was abbreviated, with some of them having to back on the ship as early as 2:30. And the last comment I have is the dress code for the dining rooms. I found it much to casual. Maybe I'm old fashioned but, for dinner service in the dining rooms proper attire should be enforced. Shorts, tee shirts, and flip flops should not be allowed. That style of dress should be reserved for the buffet or by the pool deck only.

Never got my on board credit as promised from booking with you. Went to customer service and still nothing was done.

I went in with an open mind. It was boring. It was an older crowd and I'm 45 so I mean older. Too many sea days for 11 day cruise. Will not return

Overall, the onboard experience was good. Many of those ground terminal staff at 711 12th Ave, NY, NY were rude and some of them were nasty. However, the ship's staff were nice and friendly.

This cruise exceeded our expectations and I can't wait for the next one! There is very few that I would change. I hope to try all the dishes I missed and the shows and activities that we didn't see/do. There was too much to do and eat! This is a great problem to have. This really is a 5 star experience with a couple of tiny, nit-picky critiques.

Expected more for a luxury ship. Beautiful ship but needs works on staff and catering to customers.
