Massage free is a joke 1-2 min never got due to time change on agenda. Archery good, coloring by number is another joke just marker and pencils with sheets help yourself. Only 1 sheet with numbers ran out,

No waiters in casino false advertisement free drinks. Main dining room good service. In cafe buffet need help no one to offer drinks lune water and juices.

Location was good. Room was large with enough drawers. Wooden box near vanity mirror houses electrical outlets and you can’t plug in items that have Square end in. Smelled like smoke at times. Air vent filter changed in room.
Got off and not allowed to get luggage until time. Lady tried and got yelled at. They took her luggage and put in bad. Nasty attitude worker. Perfect way to end cruise.
Sorry your cruise was not to your liking. The free drinks in the casino are only during certain times, so it might not have been when you were there. People aren't suppose to get off the ship until their number is called. This is to keep from having too long of lines. Also, if people get off early and take their luggage from other areas, it causes trouble with foot traffic flow and messes up the system causing backups for everyone.
