Review summary

Not the best, not the worst. Older crowd, not many kids. The stops are ok.

Embarkation

4 out of 5
Quick and easy. The waiting room was really cold but the process was smooth.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
The food was ok. Not much variation in selection but I appreciate they catered to everyone (always had vegetarian option, fish option, poultry, and meat). Drinks were good but bar service was often slow especially at the main pool

Onboard Activities

3 out of 5
Not as much activity on this ship as others I have been on. I liked the DJ because the pool Playlist and the starbridge singers (karaoke 'ish ) were not good.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
The nightly shows were great, especially the elements show. The DJ was solid. The band was good. The two karaoke singers (star bridge) and the solo guitarist were... not as good

Children's Programs

No kids

Service and Staff

4 out of 5
Our room attendant, Ricardo, was the best thing on our trip... with Daniel our waiter in lizard a close second. They are both amazing. I rated a 4 because the bar service was particularly slow.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
The ship, in general was clean and well maintained

Cabin / Stateroom

3 out of 5
The cabin was not bad but our hallway had a TERRIBLE smell. The smell permeated the entire area and was debilitating (caused headaches).

Ship tip

Download music before you go because the music at the pool makes you want to kill yourself (slow depressing, Billy eilish type vibe). Not enough "island" vibe

Ports of call

Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas

3 out of 5
Short trip to Meagan bay. It was ok. Expensive for what it was

St. John's, Antigua

5 out of 5
We did the pineapple catamaran excursion. It was great aside from the rum being cheap.

Philipsburg, St. Maarten

4 out of 5
Inexpensive stop. The beach was ok.. not good for snorkeling, but the boardwalk was nice. Biggest downfall is all the solicitation. It is overwhelming

San Juan, Puerto Rico

5 out of 5
Walked the old San Juan city. LoVED it. The architecture was amazing. Cute city. Would have liked to have a longer port stop on this one

Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic

3 out of 5
Tourist trap. The tourist area was clean but lots of solicitation and we did not venture past the tourist gate

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
Fast and easy. Carried our own luggage
