Hope our cruise experience next year on the Mardi Gras is better than this one. Over all had a nice vacation as I believe it comes down to what you make of it.

It went pretty smooth as I am a platinum member, if not then it would have been a mad house trying to get off the ship.

We had anytime dinning but ended up going to dinner around 5:30 every night. The couple nights we went to dinner around 6pm the wait time was longer and the meals not as hot.
Onboard Activities

We walked the outdoor track every morning, the decking is not in very good condition needs a lot of repairs.

Service and Staff

For the most part the main dining staff were good when we went to dinner at 5:30pm. The service at Pig and Anchor was horrible had to get up and get our own water and they brought out my meal about 5 minutes before my husbands. The staff had no motivation around the ship, would stop and look out the windows and stop and talk with each other blocking traffic. The room was made up every day but not as it used to be, bathroom trash was missed and the rooms are not as clean as they used to be.

The ship layout is great, that is why we chose to sail on this class of ship. The cleanliness and maintenance could use some work as I mentioned before no motivation.

The room and location was great, it could use a deep cleaning before the next passengers.

Be patient and don't expect the same service as last year.
