Arrived at Port Canaveral an hour before our scheduled arrival time and were on board Mardi Gras about 40 minutes later.

The main dining room, specialty restaurants, and buffets were good as usual however both Chibang and Cusina del Capitano’s servings were on the cold side by the time it reached our table.

The Center Stage shows were awesome specially when you get the prime viewing spot. We also enjoyed the musicians and comedians as well.
Service and Staff

Our room steward came and introduced himself to us on the first day and always greeted us by first name each time we saw him. We had any time dining and managed to get the same table 5 times and we can’t say enough about the service we’ve received from our waiter. He was the life of the party in his section during Showtime and food service was second to none.

We actually decided not to pick our stateroom this time with guaranteed balcony, and we ended up on the 10th floor with extended balcony. Nice comfortable and clean room!
Disembarkation

Very organized, though we were not in a hurry to disembark. We decided to stay in the area for extra 3 days.
