Review summary

OUR FIRST CRUISE AND OUR ANNIVERSARY, WE ASKED FOR A REFRIGERATOR AND A SHARPIE CONTAINER TO BE PUT INTO THE ROOM BEFORE THE CRUISE, BUT ONCE WE GOT INTO THE ROOM, WE HAD NO REFRIGERATOR, NOR A SHARPIE CONTAINER, ENDED UP GETTING BUCKETS OF ICE TO PUT MY HUSBAND INSULIN IN. THEN WE ENDED UP WITH BEDBUGS IN OUR ROOM AND MY WIFE WAS BITEN VERY BAD ON HER ARM, THEY WERE IN OUR BED.

Dont all rooms have a refridgerator? Ive stayed with royal caribbean from interior rooms up to various types of balcony rooms. All had a refridgerator

Very questionable review. I've been on over 40 cruises and yet to have a cabin on any cruiseline that didn't have a refrigerator. If there was bed bugs in that cabin, you brought them. I've been on many ships with no issues of bugs. The bedding is changed on every cruise, and if there had been a bed bug infestation, the room stewards would have notified the hotel manager to take care of it.
