Book excursions on your own without AA or RC, much cheaper and better experience. Plus the locals actually make some money. Be prepared for heavy sales pitches on everything from jewelry to fine art.

Luxury cost of celebrity versus competition did not live up to expectation.

We celebrated our 35th wedding anniversary and we couldn't have picked a better thing to do. The ship was gorgeous and everyone was so friendly and accommodating. We would highly recommend this cruise to everyone.

How can they serve such poor quality food, i.e. Uncooked pizza, frozen seafood microwaved and worst of all most of the food was reheated and served over and over again.

I liked the smaller ship. The staff was accommodating. I thought the activities were rather limited. This was our first Holland America cruise and we would probably not choose this cruise line again.

Highly recommend this cruise!! If you cruise Tracy Arm Fjord, totally recommend the small boat cruise to get close to the glacier.

We had a great time exploring Alaska in the various ports. The ship had a lot of fun activities and a wonderful, friendly staff who were always ready to help. The excursions were quite expensive but since we figured this was a once in a lifetime trip, we splurged. Every tour guide was super informative and we felt like family by the time we were done. The only things I would change would be to add some dairy free options onboard such as almond milk for those of us with dairy issues. Also, with all the active excursions and walking during the day, it would've been helpful to have the cruise parties start a little earlier than 11 pm! We were too tired to dance by then.

Overall food was average at best. The best part of the food was Desserts.

This was our first cruise, and our first trip to Alaska - we had a wonderful time and recommend it highly!

Internet was completely unusable. This is the third Princess cruise where this service has been a problem. Not sure why they offer it. Staff kept charging for items covered in a prepaid package or included with the reservation. Required repeated trips to customer service to get it corrected.

Very pleased with all staff especially Neptune lounge concierges Denisa Ogici and Carlo Cayetano, Cabin manager Hendra, Sommelier Ruther, and Waiters Dewa and Sukarna (not sure of all spellings).

The listed itinerary times were much longer than the actual time off the ship. Either we disembarked late (Victoria) or we had to come back to the ship much quicker than what was initially advertised (Sitka and Victoria)

We were traveling with another couple and we both agreed that for a new ship you have several issues that need to be resolved. Crowded elevators and buffets are major along with enough seating for the number of passengers inside when weather is bad; the ship has a funny smell in some of the corridors, our level was one that smelled not fresh. We booked some of our entertainment online before the cruise but the couple we were traveling with did not. They had never had to book in advance on any of the other cruises they had been on, so they were not able to attend with us. We would prefer to take a cruise that spent more time in some of the ports. Alaska is beautiful but we chose the wrong cruise.

My husband said this is the first vacation he's been on that actually felt like a vacation. We will definately plan another AK cruise. Scenery was magnificent.

This was the best Disembarkation experience we have ever had!

Great experience other than with the ship elevators as outlined above.

Mark sure to take a rain poncho or small umbrella; Alaska is a rainforest.

Cruise was great. Only complaint is you stay on ship for 3 whole days. Ports were good. Ship nickels and dimes you for everything, which they never used to. Have to pay for capacinno's at meals now. Really??? You pay extra for lots of other activities and to go to Johnny Rockets. Cost the same to go on ship as land. Ice skating show was excellent!!

We've sailed MANY times on many different cruise lines and have now moved Celebrity into first position. The line, the ship, the crew - everything about this trip - was fantastic and I'd go on Celebrity again in a heartbeat.

The service on the ship was fantastic. The wait staff was especially friendly. There were a good variety of activities but the hours that rock climbing, flow rider, and ice skating were open were limited to the amount of time we were on the ship. Would have been nice to have a set show schedule that had early kid friendly shows.
