Very pleased with all staff especially Neptune lounge concierges Denisa Ogici and Carlo Cayetano, Cabin manager Hendra, Sommelier Ruther, and Waiters Dewa and Sukarna (not sure of all spellings).

Was on last march. The best staff. All friendly and no frowns. Stewards were awesome.

The staff on Nieuw Amsterdam is wonderful. We were on last March. Always smiling and so friendly. Our cabin steward always called us by name everytime he saw us and asked us if we enjoyed the ports. The food was delicious.
