The Alaska cruise was awesome, a must to do if you can. The scenery is like "God" country.

the staff on board was not friendly and helpful except for the stateroom attendant . he was excellent. The staff refused to help us get our shore excursions. We were told to do it on the computer screen we are busy. The food was not food. there was nothing to eat in between the dining rooms being closed except pizza and pastries. We couldn't sleep in our cabin because of the noise from the crew cabins under us. It was a wasted trip. It was to be our bucket list cruise and we wasted $5,000

My Celebrity Solstice cruise to Alaska was one of the best trips I have ever taken. The staff were professional and friendly. The food was terrific! Having the naturalist, Brent Nixon, on board was fantastic. I thoroughly enjoyed his presentations. I definitely would Sail on Celebrity again.

Sit down dinner was screwed up and got to eat there only a couple of times and crew didn’t work to fix for us. Staff was disorganized and the cruise line seems to want a different clientele than previous cruises. Won’t do celebrity again.

Book Suite Class ... So many things you get with it . We truely had a great time . We booked a trip for next year to Caymen Island in the same room

Very relaxing. Was impressed with Holland America. We are pretty quiet people and found that the ship fit with us very well.

It would have been absolutely perfect except for the nauseating smell on debarkation. Our head waiter, Allan, was wonderful! He gave everyone special attention, was very professional while being friendly and accessible. His assistant remembered our special requests and “ favorites”. Every service person was professional and friendly. The performers were talented and entertaining. Service was exceptional everywhere on the ship. We hope to cruise on the Grand Princess again.

Overall, this was a 'Walmart experince in a Neiman Marcus type store' The cruise needs restructuring for much longer time at each stop; not a few hours in rainy Ketchikan ; not get to Victoria in the dark late night for less than 3 hours; not spend a lot of money for excursions in Juneau to be rushed back . The whole experience was bad

First cruise so we didn’t know what to expect. Have to say it was much better than people have said. Not crowded and getting on and off ship was a breeze. Food was good.

Great experience. Better if you have made all the reservations so you are guaranteed for things you want to do. It is a big boat so expect the crowd so you won’t be disappointed

The cruise was fun but due to time limitations it was hard to schedule multiple excursions, too many overlapped.

We had very high expectations and the entire trip far exceeded our expectations. I brought my best camera equipment and got amazing photos of a full breach of humpback whale and white tale. Great food and amazing service.

Overall excellent experience for our large group of 14. Main dining hall, Moonlight Sonata, messed up our reservations twice with Luminae coming to the rescue ( our party were in suites)

Love Alaskan Cruises and this itinerary is wonderful. Just very limited times in most of the ports.

Great cruise with beautiful scenery. Alaska is a beautiful place. I wish we had been able to see the Dawes glacier on our cruise, but due to the calving ice we were not able to make it. We had a very relaxing time, and had a great mix of things to do and relaxation on the trip. There was plenty to keep our teenage son busy on the boat. There were so many unique things to do on this boat like laser tag and Go carts that we have not had on other cruises. we had a wonderful time

The cruise was very enjoyable and relaxing. The food, especially in the Dining Room was excellent and the waiters were superb! The information given via the loud speaker from the Captain and the Cruise Director were very helpful. The service for our room was great and our server left us a sweet surprise each evening. We loved meeting other guests.

If you are okay eating really bad food this is the ship for you.

In summary, the highlight of the trip is Glacier Bay and seeing small Alaskan towns. The biggest problem is extreme crowds and long lines. Since there are many cruises doing the same itinerary I think the smart choice is going with best-priced ship.

This was our first cruise and Norwegian knocked it out of the park. Everything was well planned from the moment you booked. We signed up for three more cruises and can’t wait to experience other ships. However I would have to say the Joy was truly enjoyable.

Overall, we enjoyed our cruise. The highlight of the trip was the breathtaking views at each port and the perfect weather we experienced. The ship was clean and well maintained. The service was adequate, except for the cabin stewards, who were exceptional! The food was so-so. Our biggest disappointment was the cabin space for 4 adults : ( We enjoyed the entertainment, the BB King group, especially, the lead female singer. We were a group of nine family members and we thoroughly enjoyed our time together on this cruise. The photographers on board took some great pictures. However, selling each digital print for $19.99 is a bit expensive. Two hundred dollars for 10 pictures, seriously...........
