It was absolutely great! The servers were great! And the service in the bar and smoking area Phillip and Jay-ar and Grace were so nice and friendly.

Tonya Lockhart advised us on this trip and she did an excellent job ensuring we had what we needed for an outstanding experience. We had heard about the Bliss from two separate friends who raved about their experiences--they were not wrong. The trip far exceeded anything and everything we were expecting.

This was our third Alaskan Cruise and the first on Royal Caribbean. The trip was very reasonably priced and went very smoothly. If you are looking for a reasonably priced Alaskan Cruise, then this is the cruise for you. The whole trip was very relaxing.

We purchased the KEY, which was pretty much nonexistent on this cruise with the exception of VOOM. No chops lunch, no breakfast on last day, basically no specials at all. Would not recommend KEY for this type of cruise or size of ship.

Had a great time, there was more to do and see than we did on the ship. But overall, a great time.

The Radiance of the Seas cruise to Alaska was a once in a lifetime cruise for me. I very much enjoyed the itinerary and the sights. There were a few bartenders that were pushing the drink package the first two days of the cruise - perhaps they are compensated by how many they sign up. All in all, I am grateful to have made the journey on the Radiance.

A great experience would highly recommend. Was upset in lack of shows/entertainment in the evenings. Great bar staff though so that was helpful. ;) Ship is beautiful, pools are VERY small, but we weather was not good to enjoy pool, but hot tubs were very useful.

My only real complaint about this cruise (and it applies to most of them these days and most cruise lines) is the push to make people duct tape a cell phone to their head. Bars try not to tell you they have a printed menu. They want you to use damn QR codes (and readers) to even see the drink menu and prices. I hate this nonsense. The ship doesnt even have maps and screens with ocean depth and weather etc anymore, again pushing you to do QR code nonsense. I am on vacation and the last thing I want to do is be constantly on a cell phone. What do people do who don't have one?

First time to Alaska, would definitely do it again, but maybe on a different ship.

Wonderful cruise, even when the weather was rainy the sun did come out and that just made it all the better! You really need to see these places. Other people's words and pictures cannot do justice the wonder and beauty YOU will experience!

Awesome cruise. Friendly staff. Clean and modern. Dining hall food and staff were amazing.

Zero customer service, we clearly paid for a non obstructed view and had a life boat in front of us. Wouldn’t move us to another room, only give us a pathetic bottle of champagne. Disgusted, and guarantees to NEVER cruise royal Caribbean again. Hands down worst experience we’ve ever had. To offer 25% off our future cruise is a complete joke. You guys should be humiliated with your lack of customer service. Our friends will never cruise royal again either. There experience wasn’t much better than ours. Absolutely horrible.
