Will cruise again. Royal Caribbean is saved by their onboard level of overall service. It even makes me want to overlook the dreadful experience
Embarkation
5 out of 5
Huge crowd, expect it to take an hour, plus
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
4 out of 5
Food was the highlight.
Onboard Activities
5 out of 5
Rock wall, I fly, if you want to use these facilities, better reserve time on first day of cruise
Entertainment
3 out of 5
Stage shows were fine. The rest of the entertainment was only stuff you can get away with when you have a captive audience. Maybe add some more professional entertainers to the mix, to replace trivia contests MCd by your room steward
Children's Programs
No children

Ship Quality
4 out of 5
Ship was clean. All the tabletops were always sticky, but that's because everyone is stuffing their face all day. We both got COVID on the ship, as well, so there's that.
Cabin / Stateroom
4 out of 5
Overall comfort, size and cleanliness of room was adequate.
I was also on this one. I’m seeing a lot of the same feelings on the sailing, meh. The large Amway group that bogged down the WiFi (I believe the group got WiFi included), took over venues and basically occupied the Windjammer for the length of the sailing really hampered the cruise for the rest of us. I do hope Royal thinks twice before hosting a group like this again. Even in port shop owners asked what was going on the “vibe” was off with our sailing. I have sailed ovation 3 times now to Alaska, luckily we had just about the smoothest sailing (seas wise) but that group really did make things onboard odd. Hope you’ll try again and there won’t be a group like that again.
You listed and rated all your ports of calls you had and took a flight home and went though however many airports after cruise , and of course you’re 100% sure you caught covid on the ship. Unbelievable!
