Very pleasant, exhilarating experience! Relaxed and still saw phenomenal sites and wonderful experiences. Also, for those without children, there was only 295 kids among the 3,500+ adults.

I'm glad I went on this ship and to Alaska. Exceptional staff, beautiful ship, friendly guests, excellent shows.

Definitely one of the best cruise experiences I've had. From the reservations made with , to the offboarding process, it was really a joyful experience. I would cruise on Royal Caribbean again and use to book it!

Overall the cruise was very good. We enjoy playing the slots, so were a bit disappointed with the selection of slot machines. They were very old and outdated and also VERY tight!

Unfortunately, our cruise was cancelled. We were notified that there was a problem with the engine thrusters the morning that we were supposed to depart. They let us board and notified us late afternoon that the cruise had to be cancelled. They let us stay for two nights, turning it into a hotel. Free drinks and provided entertainment, excellent food and excellent customer service. They had people in guest services help arrange for transportation home and gave us a free cruise in the equal amount of the cancelled cruise. We also will be getting a full refund the cancelled cruise. Communication was excellent. Needless to say, many disappointed people, but Royal Caribbean did all that they could.

First cruise. glad it was relatively smooth. Not enough communication at the port of Skagway. Really need to let passengers know that there will be a bottleneck to get off and back on the ship in Skagway

Definitely enjoyed Alaska and its beautiful landscape. I can say the trip was worth it. Prepare to pay for extra, drinks, internet, taxi, bus rides, basically many other expenses.

This was our first cruise with Celebrity and we were not disappointed. The staff were fantastic. I would recommend this Alaskan cruise to anyone.

Workers were all very friendly and helpful. Food was good, not great. It's sad when you have to get off of ship to get a good cup of coffee. I suggest getting Folgers coffee!

Overall I was very pleased with the cruise. Holland America did not disappoint.

A fun cruise. We enjoyed seeing Alaska, just wish the weather had been better. Quantum of the Seas is a great ship with a dedicated crew. Seattle is a good city to depart from on a cruise.

We had never sailed on Royal Caribbean before, but would do so again. Overall the ship was clean, the crew friendly and professional, the food was good.

Overall the cruise was great but Dawes Glacier is small and you don't get close or stay for long. There has to be a better destination. If you just want to cruise this is fine but if you have been to Glacier bay this is disappointing.

We love Alaska. Disappointed with our cruise ship. Not as great as in the past. Will go back to a different cruise line next time.

Had a great time on my cruise. Food was just ok, nothing spectacular, even in the specialty restaurants. Service was great, though. My cabin Steward, Ramses, went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. My main complaint is the card system that Celebrity utilizes. Medallions are so much easier to use. No need to ever take the medallion off to enter the room or pay for drinks.

Alaska is a great itinerary, but NCL does not allow enough time in the ports. Two hours in two ports IS NOT ENOUGH TIME FOR THE MONEY YOU PAY. As a whole you are on the ship way more than you can get off. I would love to see better itineraries for this trip.

Overall, 4 out of 5 stars. The Encore is a great ship, the staff care was very good. Just wish the excursions were better.

It was a wonderful experience for our first cruise ever. Lots of good memories. We were able to relax and we don't get hungry. :-)

I would definitely go on a celerity cruise again. The food and staff were wonderful. And this ship was easy to navigate.
