Review summary
Unfortunately, our cruise was cancelled. We were notified that there was a problem with the engine thrusters the morning that we were supposed to depart. They let us board and notified us late afternoon that the cruise had to be cancelled. They let us stay for two nights, turning it into a hotel. Free drinks and provided entertainment, excellent food and excellent customer service. They had people in guest services help arrange for transportation home and gave us a free cruise in the equal amount of the cancelled cruise. We also will be getting a full refund the cancelled cruise. Communication was excellent. Needless to say, many disappointed people, but Royal Caribbean did all that they could.Embarkation
