Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
Delicious food and nice fine dining experience especially in Juneau Dining Room and the marketplace which serves different cuisine. I was amazed how much food there was even desserts. As well as the different food stalls by the pool like ice cream, salty dog and the bars.

Onboard Activities

4 out of 5
I enjoyed the Enclave. So sad my husband wasn't able to use his only one time because he got sea sick.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
The Rock Opera is magnificent. The vista Lounge DJ Calvin Hits every 11:30pm is the best. Our whole group enjoyed it and we were dancing till early morning. One of the acoustic singers, Jan jan Reposo is also one of the highlights too that's why we even coordinate with guest services to hire him for our special private meeting one afternoon.

Children's Programs

4 out of 5
I don't have kids but based from what i heard from my friend's 4 y/o son who is my godson also, he enjoyed it and keep looking forward to it everyday. He met few friends there too.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
The servers are very friendly and helpful especially Joy Diaz and Hazam from Juneau Dining room. Joy is one of the best person we ever met. Their manager Claudio is very nice too. For housekeeping, we are so lucky to have Glenn as our attendant. He really take care of our needs in the room from sheets to toiletries, very clean. Our room always smells good. He also give us a clear instruction on paperwork he delivered in the room, like the Port Valet and Declaration for B.C. He' very polite as well.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
All the areas we went to are very clean. I like the layout of the ship as w are closed to the laundromat as well.

Cabin / Stateroom

4 out of 5
When we went inside our cabin for the first time, it was 2 separate single beds even though I requested for a queen bed as we are husband and wife in the room and Glenn is so nice to arrange the bed and turned it into queen bed. It was very comfortable. The restroom is small but good enough to do what we need to do in there.

Ship tip

Don't get hungry early in the morning as most of the food places were closed already.

Juneau, Alaska

We tried to purchase a tour outside the princess excursions and the guy told us that it will bring us to Mendenhall glacier but it was only a city tour and little peak on Mendenhall glacier from a far by the Brotherhood bridge that we didn't even see due to cloudy weather. Good thing we found a cab on the street and they took us there.

Skagway, Alaska

5 out of 5
one of the best ports surrounded by beautiful mountains. We purchased the White Pass Rail excursion and it's really scenic indeed. Another highlights of our tip and memorable experience.

Victoria, British Columbia

Port is a little far of a walk from inner harbor but glad we purchase the shuttle. Nice little town. glad we got out of the ship early so we caught the sunset. Wish we can be here for longer hours to explore more and also on day time.

Disembarkation

very smooth process of disembarkation. we we're out before 8:30am so we have time to tour Seattle.
