Overall the cruise was great - the food and customer service were the highlights and the entertainment was very good but got old by the last couple of nights. The Navigator app only worked on the ship. The final statement was confusing. I wish HAL provided info about the Northern Lights app where we could have gotten notifications. I only knew about this after the fact from Facebook.

Once the ship left the port in Seattle the seas were very rough. The staff made it manageable and easier to deal with. After the seas calmed we were able to go to a couple of ports and enjoy excursions. On the ship the crew and staff made it very enjoyable.

Thoroughly enjoyed it. Rated Icy Strait Point (Hoonah) so low, because place is so small there is hardly anything to do there, but walk to Hoonah and back. Be prepared for rain and cold, especially in Sept or October.

Room service was the best I've seen! The man who cleaned our room was of great character and did a fantastic Job! loved him!

The ship was pretty good but not all of the excursion were worth it. Go when it’s not raining! Read reviews about the excursions. Spend the money for the good ones.

Beautiful, relaxing cruise marred only by terrible Internet. The ship is older but in good condition and manned by an outstanding staff. Lots of fun excursions and shopping in ports.

peaceful and restful, only thing is photos, they could not find any of my pictures. my account had some random people none of me. Very disappointed. face recognition does not work

Great ship, food outstanding on ship, crew are so friendly its amazing. Maintenance of Elevators and cabin such as drapes and shower door disappointing. Mandatory $16 per person per day gratuity whether you use services is inappropriate and paying $16 per day per person for Soda is not appropriate either.

I was NOT a Royal Caribbean from an awful experience I had on a formal cruise on the Allure some years back. I have since changed my mind about the company. You have definitely improved in customer service because your company rated way below average in that department in my book.

Relaxing and so much to do . Food is always available and you won’t get hungry.

Great trip Victoria was the least popular sue to getting there late in day and nothing was open to see.

You real need to be comfortable when you are on a cruise and the staterooms are so small it’s hard to breathe in there. I have sail many cruises and this one was the smallest ever

I would highly recommend this cruise, although it was a little late in the season for Alaska. Wasn't terribly cold, but 3 of the 4 ports it was raining HARD! So, excursions and exploring were limited... and no Northern Lights because the clouds were always overhead. But it was an excellent cruise and the ship was extremely comfortable.

Despite some bad weather and rough water on the first day, this was another really great trip. I hope to get to Alaska again in the near future.

This is a beautiful cruise. The ship was wonderful with great staff. I would advise traveling before September to benefit the most from this location.

Overall a great experience. Princess crew delivered friendly and excellent service throughout, before, during, and after the cruise.

Sailed on this cruise to visit Glacier Bay again, but preferred the smaller vessels that we have recently cruised on. Excellent staff, from the Master down, and we had a great time.

NCL has become terrible. Constant upsells, reduced quality food, very limited restaurant hours, many if not all the premium deck & pool spaces on the ship require an upcharge to use. I have been on 8 cruises this is the 3rd and last on NCL.

The cruise was overall very good. But I could have used more time in the ports. There was hardly any time to go out and explore the towns. The most we had was 8 hours.
