it was met all my expectations overall. natural beauty scenery, it is so nice.

The cruise director is gay and constantly makes sexual gay references . His name is Matt . He is not appropriate for children . Also my son felt sexually harassed when he told him something about having a fruit basket with him later. I had a lot of things to explain to granddaughter who was on ship . Was not acceptable .

The cruise and land tour was incredible! Thank you to Danielle Smith for everything she did to make our trip so wonderful!

I can only reiterate the disappointment due to lack of sleep caused by the entertainment in the Schooner Bar. We called in every night and received very courteous receptionists but that could not get us our rest. One of our group even spoke with the pianist and he apologized and stopped playing a little before midnight that night. But the next night things continued. He was just doing his job. Should we return to the Radiance careful consideration will be made in room selection...or on any other ship for that matter. We love Alaska. All of our friends know that we go and look forward to sharing our stories upon return. Some of them have even been upon our recommendation.

It is a must do cruise in a lifetime. Pictures of the glaciers do not translate the size of the landscape nor the smell of the air. Everyone should experience Alaska cruise experience. If possible add Denali to the cruise portion.

We could not have asked for a better experience! We looked forward to this for over a year and it exceeded our expectations. We will definitely cruise with Norwegian again.

The cruise was definitely a Bucket List experience.

Generally, a very good cruise experience for a large group with various ages (9 to 92). The cruise ship was very stable, and the general amenities were very good. We found the set dinner time surprisingly enjoyable and had excellent services. The long port time at each stop provided us with a lot of activity options. The main evening entertainment quality and options were somewhat disappointing and not suitable for young adults and children. Overall, seven day was about the right length of time for this destination.

Our first cruise was an incredible adventure! We deeply enjoyed the rest and relaxation. We are very grateful to have seen the beautiful mountains, gorgeous water, glaciers, marine life, animals, and eagles. It was all so absolutely beautiful! The time went by so very swiftly. We will deeply cherish the memory for a long time to come. It was perfect from beginning to end! We are thankful to have met Thomas, Ida, and Aman who assisted us. All three men made each day very special on our cruise. God bless each and everyone involved in making our trip so enjoyable!

Royal Caribbean is about the money, but if you do your homework and research the ports & excursions, you'll have a good time.

This was a great land and sea vacation - both the land and sea were well put together - Cole on the land side is fantastic - the staff was excellent - except for Celebrity management who cannot care less about their customers - something needs to be done with the tours they sell and get commission for - Icy Straight - in 2017 a passenger complained very extensively about the tour and still celebrity supports the tour - 2019 it is even worse as the Jeeps are dangerous and no one cares. Shame on you Celebrity - Royal would never stand for this - same company but Celebrity management needs to be called out for their arrogance and disrespect of their customers. 3 families complained together right after the excursion - 25% credit was given - so we took it - but we deserve 100% - the advertisement that celebrity posted is deceiving at best and not at all accurate

Loved this ship, clean, bright and well kept. Food and drink were great! Shows were ok.

This cruise lived up to it's expectations. The scenery and excursions were all amazing. This is a very mellow cruise but still very entertaining. Would highly recommend.

This cruise totally exceeded our expectations!! We have only positive memories & experiences from this trip. Highly recommend Princess and the Island Princess.

The itinerary was fantastic. The quality of the food and bar staff on the ship was below par. We have done more than 100 days cruising with various cruise lines and will not cruise with Norwegian again.

This is a smaller ship than others we have sailed on. The service was excellent, shows superb. Food was good, drinks plentiful. Ports were awesome. Thanks NCL.
