Long Beach is home of the famous Beautiful Queen Mary and we often visit Long Beach due to so many things to see and visit like for example the Aquarium of the Pacific and many wonderful restaurants in the area

No excursion. We embarked at Long Beach. For visitors there are a lot of eateries and shopping, walking distance away (not an easy walk, fairly long but you can see it from the port). There arent any convenient stores close by to run last minute errands, so stop by a CVS or grocery store during your drive in. Or hopefully your Uber or shuttle will make a stop for you.

Embarking and disembarked here. It was organized for us and good signage to find our areas. Staff assistant was great helping us find our areas. Parking is good here too.

Embarkation Port. If you are not from the area the Queen Mary is there if you would like to visit an old cruise ship and a piece of history.

When the parking structure wasn't open yet another parking company try to trick you into using theirs. All you have to do is circle around the carnival structure and wait for it to open.

The port is clean and parking was convenient. We're from Los Angeles county so we didn't do any excursion.

We spent the day in Los Angeles before our cruise and loved all the sites and touristy stuff.

getting to the port was a little confusing i have to admit took a couple wrong turns but if you can be down there early they have the queen mary and the long beach aquarium so that right there so can stay night before with plenty to do.
