The Hop On Hop Off tour is a great way to go! You get to see quite a bit on this tour. Victoria has great shopping, restaurants and pubs, this tour allows you the time to explore Victoria on foot. The Q bar in the Fairmont Empress is a great place to go. Try the gin and tonic with their very own special Empress 1908 Gin, also their popcorn is delicious!

We did not disembark at this port, it was late evening when we arrived and only had a 2-3 hour window.

really underwhelming and terrible set up to get off the boat and head out on your excursion - took over an hour of queuing. bus tour was not great - thought it was hop on, hop off. its not!

Yes, we took the Butchart & Butterfly excursion. We have been here before two other times. We didn’t get into port until 6:00 PM so we only had about forty-five minutes before it was dark. It would have been better had we had more daylight.
