Used the light rail, inexpensive to visit and enjoyed Pike's Market and Space Needle. We rented a car and drove the entire Mount Ranier area. Beautiful!!

Had an awesome time at Space Needle and Chihuly Museum. I found the museum worthwhile and beautiful! I had seen a Chihuly exhibit elsewhere, so was planning to skip it but so glad I didn't. Went to the Fish Market, Cinnamon Works for gluten free roll, and Biscuit Bitch which was hilarious and nice gluten free biscuit sandwich. Stayed 1 night at Motif Hotel which was clean and attractive. The rooftop bar isn't so much roof top as it is an area off the 7th or so floor. I was expecting an excellent city view which didn't transpire

Things to see. A day or two before sailing is plenty.
