Beautiful city with rich history.Took a city walking tour beware of the vendors which are very heavy in this area and pushy. The vendors will follow your tour group around the city hounding you to purchase items from them.

Wen't on a horse/buggy ride which was a good way to see some of the parts of Colombia. Lot's of trash around but history was great. Only had a 1/2 hour to shop. I was running to find a bongo, which was lost with our new luggage.

Just walking around Cartagena is must do. We had a wonderful time. The atmosphere, the people, the food there isn't anything we didn't like.

Went to the Emerald making and it was great for all ages and we could keep one p;iece we made and buy the others for a small price.

Once again shopping and persistence of the street vendors was so annoying. Our tour guide was so kind and he really tried to give us a meaningful tour and explained the history. We went into a church to escape the street vendors and appreciated the beauty and quiet!
