I decided to stay on ship today as my husband was diving. Been to Belize three times before, and have done excursions then.

We didn't do an excursion on Belize, we simply visited the area and did some shopping in the tourist area. It rained, but we still enjoyed the day.

We did a city tour and went to a zoo. It was cool the zoo was incorporated into the forest and pens made of bambo and wire totally different from a us zoo we also got to eat some authentic food and a safe environment

This port also uses tenders. We did a snorkeling excursion of the barrier reef so we did not see the city. Instead, we went to Starfish Island which is a private island and had a good time.

We did the cave tubing it took a long time to get there by bus through the city and our bus broke down on the way back from cave tubing, but overall in the cave was pretty nice a long walk up. I probably wouldn't do it again on another Cruise

This is a port you should do an excursion in. The country and sea are beautiful in this area. The terminal..not so much.

Many people had told me, don't waste my time getting off at that port, but I enjoyed the tender to get to Belize. And my excursion was relaxing, cave tubing.
