Review summary

I really had a good time on this ship the one down fall was the production show singers were terrible. A lot of restaurants we didn't get to that we would have liked to, just not enough time and energy to do everything or eat everywhere. So much to do on the ship sometimes it seemed like we were rushing trying to squeeze things in. We had a good time overall we love cruising.

Ports of call

Galveston, Texas

We landed in George Bush Intercontinental Airport and took a Lyft to the Galveston port terminal the cost $79 for the three of us, That was at 7 in the morning . Galveston is about an hour and 20 minutes away from George Bush Intercontinental Airport, it seemed like they were in the beginning of trying to revive the areas around the terminal everything was either run down, abandoned or they were working on it. My only comparison to a cruise port would be Long Beach California which was a lot better but I really didn't go around Galveston that much, just from the lift straight to the terminal and then waited to board the Vista.

Mahogany Bay, Roatan, Bay Islands, Honduras

I like this port the best it seemed like a private island that was only for Carnival Cruises not a lot of shopping but we were able to walk over straight to the beach and have food and drinks at our leisure and relax I think it was better than getting an extrusion.

Belize City, Belize

We did the cave tubing it took a long time to get there by bus through the city and our bus broke down on the way back from cave tubing, but overall in the cave was pretty nice a long walk up. I probably wouldn't do it again on another Cruise

Cozumel, Mexico

When did The Paradise Island Excursion which was a private beach that was really nice. It took 45 minutes to get there by boat and we were only able to stay there for 3 hours, then 45 minutes back by boat. There were two other cruise ships that were there the magic and the dream one showed up a little earlier about an hour earlier the other one showed up about an hour later than we did the boat right back was that bad.
