Belize was amazing! We did an excursion to Xunantunich with a two hour bus ride each way that allowed us to see so much of the country. Our excursion was a blast. I wish we had a few more hours in Belize so we could've relaxed more and maybe had time to see Belize City after our excursion.

Belize is beautiful. But we did not do an excursion. It takes approximately 30 minutes to get to land after getting off the crusie ship and getting into a smaller boat. The crusie ship cannot dock there. But we did walk the pier. It was nice and we were able to have lunch which was delicious.

Don't get discouraged by the natives asking you to buy from them. Take the buggy horse carriage ride to see the countryside.

This port is ok. Not my favorite. We got a taxi, toured the island, got some local cuisine- chicken, beans and rice. Went to the rum museum.

If you do a cave tubing excursion look into local companies. We did one through Butts Up and they were great! It was half the price of Carnival and we did a longer tubing trip.

Went on the airboat ride,hoping to see the manatee it was a great trip after that we visited the rum factor. Lots of flavors to try and purchase along with several choices of rum cakes. Our tour guide was informative for the city tour.

Went snorkeling......didn't think we would enjoy this port since we have been there in the past and wasn't too impressed, but....if you go to the islands and snorkel and lay in the sand, eat freshly caught lobsters on the barbie and have a toddy, you can't go wrong........absolutely the best stop.

We did cave tubing through Carnival. We had a blast and would recommend this tour.

I thought this would be an awful port because you have to tender to Belize. I was pleasantly surprised at how efficient the tender was, with boats ready to return you to the ship every 30 minutes.
