We walked the blue line. It’s across the road from the port. The line goes through a residential neighborhood then pass some shops to a beautiful central plaza. When you don’t see the blue line on the ground look up for a street signs pointing the way to the line. A historic church is a couple streets away off the blue line. The blue line has security along it. It is a big city and not a tourist town like the previous port stop. The blue line helps to keep you away from the cartels controlled areas. The line is there to keep you in safe area if your walking.

Went to stone Island, I missed the boat to the island- they took me directly to the island on a small dingy it was so fun, was on the island all alone with the staff for an 1:30 mins as the tour was out on the big boat crusing around. Had authentic Mexican tacos and margaritas/ Tequila shots at a mom and pop place. Took a uber.

Pollution is awful. Air Quality Index is 55 — moderate. Yuck! Won’t be doing any strenuous activities on shore today. I hope the next port I’d better.

This poor was pretty nice. Got off the ship rode the little train trolley up to the little market area shopped a little bit got some souvenirs. Went back to the ship let my wife know because she has to use a power wheelchair that the little trolley was handicapped accessible, and she could simply take her scooter onto the trolley and ride it to the little shopping area. So we both went back together and looked around some more and bought some more things.

Found lots of cool things in the shops off the ship. Found a pretty bracelet. Found some pretty wraps here as well. If you don’t haggle then you should.

Excellent transfer from the ship to the market area, which was nice to walk through. Did our own tour with a private van which was very enjoyable to have our group of 6 and 3 others.
