we went on the bus trip into the old city and the new city as well as watching the flyers...This trip was fast pace and we really didn't have time to do much.

It is a busy city. It had its clean areas and some dumpy ones. There was alot we could of done but we got off the ship a little late. We enjoyed walking around the markets and stores. We used the pool at one of the hotels. And drank pina coladas, It was cool.

LOVED the American "Blue Shirt" Volunteers. Every port should have them! Mazatlan itself leaves a bit to be desired.

Nice beaches, if you can get the crew to tell you where to go. We went to the El Cid Hotel in the Golden Zone and they let us use their pools and beach
