Since we were in Venice overnight, we used the rest of our 24-hour pass the next day. We went to St. Marks and then wandered around getting lost until we found the train station. We then took our last boat ride and returned to the ship for the start of our B2B cruise.

Venice is wonderful, however we came around 4:30 PM and it was too late to explore the city. So, the experience was ruined somewhat.

We had been to Venice before and opted for Murano Glass & Burano Lace island tour. Time would be better spent at St. Marco's Square and more productive. They also charge a handsome amount for water taxi from ship's pier to St. Marco's Square.

Prettiest city in the world, just walk and walk it doesn't matter where you go. Go to Murano on your own, it is charming

Love Venice. We did our own thing (walking tours and gondola ride) and then headed out of town to Munich.
