Took a best of Northern Ireland tour with ncl. Our tour guide Adrian was the best tour guide I ever had, and I’m not exaggerating. He knew everything about the history and kept you engaged with stories and history through hours of driving. The city of Belfast is beautiful but has a lot of segregation based on religions that I did not expect and was kind of upsetting. You could write inspirational message a on the wall separating the loyalist Protestant and the Irish catholic neighborhoods. We got to see Dunluce castle which was a little disappointing, but then we went to the giants causeway, which was spectacular. IF YOU CANNOT WALK 1km UP AND DOWN HILLS BRING 2 POUNDS TO PAY FOR A SHUTTLE!!!!!! Otherwise you will have a very hard time and we found out the hard way, luckily we were all able to do it, but we saw others have a very hard time with the walk. The port of Belfast is beautiful and there are some shops. We also went to Belfast city hall where we saw the titanic memorial and the beautiful building.

I visited the Titanic experience which was great and then had a good walk all over town. I didn’t get to see everything, but would love to come back and see more of it.

Second favorite port! Lovely countryside, a fabulous tea on the highest point of Ireland surrounded by the most beautiful countryside! Worth the drive to see postcard sights.
