Went to Trogir. It was a nice historical town, a lot of charm. Then we spent rest of day in split seeing Diocletian palace. I loved the waterfront promenade in split. Lots of stores and restaurants. Ship is close in this port so can easily walk to split

This was a good included excursion covering the old town--many narrow uneven steps. Ship docked near the town with walking ability.

Another good town to wander around on your own. And, there is a nice beach not far.

I absolutely loved this city!!! We had a private tour for a few hours of the ruins, and this has become for me a hidden gem in Europe that many do not get to see!
