Review summary

Oceana was let down by the dining .... only 2 times did we get a table straight away....on Freedom dining. We were moved on the first night and the wait to share a table were unbelievable .... then the pagers were unreliable.... terrible

Very Very Poor, could not get a shared table for 2 people on 4 out of 7 nights. Terrible waiting times.

Superb staff.... but so badly organised.The wait to get table on Freedom dining was on occasions over a hour?Then put on a table and asked to move ... not a good dining trip.No matter what time we went... early or late.We missed the captains speech.We missed out on shows.Last time was excellent but some how this trip was just not “smooth” you can tolerate it once or twice ...But 4 times out of a 7 night stay....not good

Shame you had a poor experience of the freedom dining , we also had to wait for half an hour twice out of our week , we didn’t find it a problem however , we just went and had a drink and relaxed .
