Rent a car and drive to 3-4 beaches. Taxis are overpriced and car rentals are very reasonable.

We did the scenic drive and visited a couple of the beaches. I didn't see how you could beat Santorini, but Myconos showed me that it can hold its own. This was an incredibly beautiful place.

Interesting but would have liked a one night stay over to sample the night life. Not really much historical value but a pleasant place to visit
