We did not book an excursion for this port...we just got off of the ship and explored the town on our own. Greece stole my heart in Mykonos. I am just saying. It was breathtakingly beautiful. We really enjoyed our Greek lunch of Gyros and Tzatziki sauce with fresher baked pita bread! What a beautiful island...it is on my bucket list to go back!

Incredibly scenic! Beautiful white buildings with sky blue trim. The bougainvillea also provide great color contrast. The pelican in the square greets everyone. We loved strolling the docks and admiring the colorful boats.

A small seaside village but filled with shops and restaurants and again close to the dock. Absolutely a beautiful Island and port, main history is neighboring Island of Delos which we choose not to visit because of the heat.

Didn’t book excursion at this port. Just got off ship early as possible after breakfast and headed straight for windmills to get great photos before it got crowded. (We were warmed there were 5 ships that’s day at Mykonos) took about 5-10 mins walking through the town. Got great photos all the way there. Great shots of the windmills and little Venice. Had a chance to hit all of the “hot spots” by foot in under two hours. Walked all over all day and as shops and restaurants opened, we shopped and ate food. Got great spices, soap all the typical things sold at shops and restaurants. Then we had lots of wine by the water at a restaurant which was so good! Can’t go wrong with anything in Mykonos! Was everything I was expecting and more! Stunning in person. Pictures do not do it justice! I’d recommend just enjoying this stop on your own. There’s a ferry for 2€ to the other “new” port as well as to Delos I believe for day tours as well as the beach.

This is really what I imagined Greece would be like before we went. Blue water, white buildings, and good food. We are at a place off the beaten path but in the main town area and sat with our feet hanging over the sea. We enjoyed shopping - check out the Olive Tree shop, where they have great wood carvings. Buy a Greek “eye”. Just enjoy your time!

We did the beaches tour that dropped anchor off one beach and allowed us to swim in the ocean off shore from the boat. Then it took us to a nude beach which was really interested for my 12 year old nephew! 😂

Walk through the narrow streets to the right of the pier to see the 4 windmills and the townhouses on the water with balconies over the water.

Took the 2 euro water taxi and walked around, so beautiful. I would recommend the windmill tour. We didn’t and I regret it. Had a Greek beer and gelato of course.

I love this place! It has the feel of a seaport town, which is what it is. We got some fresh seafood at a restaurant on the water. The food was delicious and the experience was great.

Our favourite port, lovely little fishing village. Quite busy when multiple ships dock but worth the short tender journey and walk around the shops. Brought some excellent souvenirs and had a lovely lunch overlooking the sea in Little Venice. Also nice view of the windmills from here.
