A: Yes, the town center is 1.5 miles from where ships dock. The town is best accessed by the SeaBus which picks up at the port and town center every 30 minutes. It costs two euros per person. Once in the town center you can walk to several restaurants,... shops, and the Mykonos windmills. It is a quaint town that gets very crowded when large ships are in port.See More

A: Although there is a pier, most ships are tendered right to the town. You are fortunate if your ship gets the pier. A: It is located right in Mykonos Town, on a hill. The ships will dock at a different port a short water taxi ride away and take you to town. This was one of our favorite ports. Be sure to check out Little Venice, there is a bar called Katerinas with a... small balcony with amazing views of the windmills. It's a smaller town and very walkable, streets are narrow and may feel crowded if there is more than one ship in port. The sea here is crystal clear and the color of jade.
