About St. John, U.S. Virgin Islands

Two-thirds of the emerald island of St. John was donated to the United States as a national park. The result - a get-away island of sparkling beaches, quiet lagoons, underwater coral gardens, scenic roads, walking trails, tropical foliage, 18th and 19th century plantation ruins basking in the sun. From Cruz Bay you can pick up a taxi shuttle to dazzling Cinnamon, Hawks Nest or Trunk Bays.

While I have never been to this port, I have been to the island MANY times. Every time we arrive in St. Thomas, we have taken a ferry to St. John. This is an incredibly small but beautiful island. We would typically rent a jeep and drive through the rainforests to see all of the beautiful wildlife on the island. Truly a magical experience.
