I would rather visit another port than this private island. Beach was beautiful, but The ocean was very seaweedy. Vendors were extremely pushy and kids in trees were begging for food. When I tried to give them hot dogs, I was stopped by a guard who would not allow me to give them to the boys. I ended up having to throw perfectly good hot dogs away. Very sad as I know this country is in despair due to the recent hurricane. Visiting this island doesn't allow you to see the real Haiti and their culture.

Labadee has so much to offer. We did the Labadee Snorkel Safari which was GREAT! You go out on a double decker catamaran, the crew are wonderful. They are extremely friendly and funny. The captain took us out on the snorkeling tour and showed us different kinds of coral and sea life. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to snorkel. After this we went to the market for some shopping while waiting to do the Dragons Breathe. Unfortunately I never got to do the zipline as I overheated and had to return to the ship. Next time!

Kids loved the water park $19 per kid for one hour not too bad!

The beach was nice but I wanted to explore Haiti more like the other locations. Not only a private island.

The beach was well cleaned, transportation was quick and shopping was at your pace, not being bombarded by retailers

Awesome! The bars have what's called a Labadousie it's delicious! The water adventure park isn't worth it and is a waste of money. Go to Columbus Beach and take a shuttle or boat so you don't have to go through the marketplace!
