Love Jamaica. Dunn's River Falls is a must-see, but the whole island is lush and beautiful if you get to take an island tour. Watch out for the drug sellers though.

The poverty of the locals is very evident, but they really let us know that our $$$ was welcome. Most were very respectful.

Only went to the beach to the left when walking off the ship ($3) Enjoyed walking along the water's edge. Was uncomfortable at being approached so often by people trying to sell items/services.

we did not like Ocho Rios at all, we did not select an excursion and just wanted to explore on our own, we were very dissapointed by the way we were non stop hounded by the locals to buy their souvenirs, take their tours and taxis and buy drugs. Maybe if would of taken one of the excusions it would of been a better time

We did the "River Tubing" excursion, and that was a lot of fun. They expect a lot of tips in Jamaica though, so just be conscious. If you shop: haggle, haggle, haggle.
