Review summary
The Carnival Glory is clean, newer, and has roomy staterooms. The Red Sail Restaurant was a zoo (crowds and lines always). It was not laid out well at all. Did not have a lot of room to be in the pool. Lots of kids everywhere. The embarkation and debarkation went smoothly. We brought our own luggage off, since we had an early flight, and I would recommend to do that if possible. The service and entertainment in the Golden Dining Room was excellent, from our headwaiter, his assistant and the wine steward. Service at the open seating lunch in Platinum Dining Room was slow and we didn't go back. The ship is laid out with the Golden Dining Room in the middle, and you can only get to it from going certain ways on certain floors, which got to be inconvenient. The lounges were spotless and service good in them. You could tell which ones would be freezing and which ones were more comfortable. The entertainment was average in the Amber Palace. The comedian was great, however.Ship experiences
