We booked excursions through NCL for the blue hole and tubing. The blue hole was amazing, jumping from different heights into the water, as well as using the rope jump. We had some elderly passengers who were assisted through the uneven walkway up through the river on rocks, but they also jumped into the water with no hesitation- we were impressed with the staff who assisted them. The tubing was fun and relaxing, the tour guides did all the work. The meal was not great, fries and jerked chicken, but we enjoyed the experience nonetheless. We witnessed one of the tubing tour guides throwing rocks at a dog for having at his food which he placed on the ground to take a photo of the tourists, it was not very pleasant to us Canadians. Our transportation was a comfortable bus, the driver and tour guide were very attentive and entertaining. They took the group shopping as requested at the end of the day to an area close to the cruise port, we did not feel crowded or pressured to buy anything, the vendors were friendly and they kept asking us to sample the alcoholic drinks they had for sale, it was a wonderful fun experience. We ended up buying some of the alcohol to take home! The tour guide kept coming into the stores and checking on us to ensure we were ok.

Dunn's River Falls never gets old! It is a great, fun adventure that is loaded with "nervous" enjoyment. The island is full of wonderful people, good food and great tourist spots.

We chose a very popular excursion, the Jamaica bobsled/Dunn's Falls. Because SOOOOOO many people wanted to do this, most of our time was spent standing in line. All this could have been done in 3 hours but we spent about 2 additional hours standing in line. Ugh. The chairlift, bobsled and Falls were great, it was the standing in line that was a bummer.

This port is kind of a mixed bag. Let’s start with the good. The Dunn’s river falls excursion through carnival was awesome. Also the jimmy buffets margaritaville here is the best I’ve been too. It has a freaking water slide going though the middle of the bar. Now the not so good. You are constantly hounded by the locals for money, to buy things, and buy marijuana. The port is also dirty.

My least favorite port. I hated constantly being hassled by locals trying to scam me and making me feel uncomfortable. The small beach that there was access to was small and dirty.

We did an excursion on Jamaica (Chairlift, Bobsled, Zipline). It was fun, staff was fun and knowledgeable and the facility was beautiful with a view of our ship below in port.

My favorite place, 4th time here. Dunns River Falls. They really have cleaned it up, really awesome now. Take your own taxi to the falls early, avoid the crowds. You will be in a small group and the guides will keep you singing and laughing the entire climb. If you book from the ship, you will be in a huge group and you will miss all that. Margaritaville is nice, very clean place with shops.
