Review summary

The service on MSC is impeccable. The ship is beautiful and very clean. Food was good, in main diningroom, specialty dining was extra, but very good.

We were dissapointed in the shores excursions cost and quality, and the cost of extras, such as a $3.50 service chg. For coffee in room. Room service is advertised as free. The ship was also very crowded, pool areas and gym were unable to use most of trip. Vendors throughout ship overly aggressive in trying to make sales, Photographers and on tv in room sales pitches were annoying.

Did our own excursion, hired driver, it was more enjoyable than msc excusions.

Msc excursion to beach with lunch was very dissappointing. Long wait to get ashore, less than 2 hrs at beach, not a nice beach, had to get own chairs off pile and drag to waters edge, lunch was awful, overcooked burger and chicken under tent, one watered down welcome cocktail.

You can pick your dinner time preference with Bella. You just call.

Bella class doesn't give you the option of dinner times you are assigned with a Fantistica we were allowed to pick early or late dinner also

Did u book Bella class or upgrade for $50 pp for Fantistica or higher we got upgraded by our agent for free and got free room service in our Balcony cabins ,
