very unhappy with this port. the options given for new cruisers when you get on port is terrible. we went on a shuttle with 25 other people, once we were on the road, the tour guide took a survey of the Options she wanted to do and the majority won. we were not happy about this but there was nothing we could do. once we finally got to the beach, it was pleasant, but 1 1/2 hrs into it my husband started feeling ill, his blood pressure was up, and we asked them to take us back to the ship THEY WOULD NOT!!! we had to wait another hour an a half til everyone was ready!! very unhappy with this, and will not take shuttle again!

We got roped into a horrible city bus tour (because of accessible need) for $140 for 2 that took us no where and then when asked for lunch he stopped a this place where he eats and recommends. He ordered the local dish for us and a coke. I could not eat it because it was too hot, but that was me, everyone else was good. Then she brought a bill for $105 and I asked is this in Jamaican dollars she said NO it is US......(CAN YOU SAY ROBBERY) I will tell everyone not to take a bus tour from the port!!!!

Our guide and driver were very helpful and told us a lot about Jamaica. Wish it had been more about Jamaica than just a rush through the sites. Would have enjoyed Dunn River Falls much more without a guide making you do stuff!

Didn’t see much at the port. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was I wish we had more time to do something else. Did the zip line. The ride to the zip line destination is on a very winding road, then on a dirt road through an abandoned orange plantation and finally to where you meet your guides. I had never done a zip line adventure and this one I will never forget. You better be in pretty good shape as there is a lot of steep inclines. There are 6 different line in this adventure. The last line is over 1000 feet long and over 200 feet above the jungle floor. I would do it again. You are on several platforms that are pretty small when you have 10 people on them.
