Review summary

Everything was very nice. Our only disappointments were the lack of Wagyu beef in the Steakhouse, and we have a billing issue that we reported to Guest Services and our Room Steward (while still on the ship) and it has still not been corrected. Our stateroom was charged for someone else's purchase.

Service and food great! However, we made reservations in the Steakhouse and hoped to eat the Wagyu Steak. When we sat down to order - we were told that it was not available. This should have been told to us when we made our reservations, two days earlier. Disappointing!

So sorry about your steak dinner. Been there and done that, and it's not very nice to spend the time and money to find out the item you want wasn't available. I hope you get the erroneous charge situation taken care of period
